11.8. Stabilizer of cross stability of a forward suspension bracket

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

For fastening of the coulisse of the stabilizer it is necessary to use new nuts.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove forward wheels.
	2. Unscrew nuts of fastening of the left and right scenes to the stabilizer of cross stability.
	3. Unscrew bolts and nuts of fastening of a suspension bracket of the stabilizer to the top part of the lower frame (it is specified by an arrow).
4. Remove the stabilizer from under the car.
5. Check the stabilizer for wear and mechanical damages. Pay special attention to a condition of plugs of installation of the stabilizer.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install rubber plugs of installation on the stabilizer. Arrange each plug on the stabilizer so that the flat surface of the plug was in the basis, and internal washers are correctly combined with washers on the stabilizer. The crack of the plug has to be directed to a back part.

2. Install the stabilizer on the lower frame. Establish installation clips so that their ends were correctly located in the lower frame. Fix them by bolts and nuts. Connect the scenes to the ends of the stabilizer and tighten fastening bolts the required moment.

3. Establish new nuts on the scenes and tighten them the required moment.

4. Establish wheels and lower the car.
