Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove the corresponding forward wheel.
2. Disconnect electric wires and hoses from a rack.
3. Unscrew bolts of fastening and exempt an installation suspension bracket from a rotary fist.
4. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the lower spherical hinge and take the spherical hinge from the lower lever.
5. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the coulisse of the stabilizer of cross resistance to a rack and separate the coulisse from a rack.
6. Unscrew a nut of a tightening bolt of a rotary fist.
7. Take tightening a bolt of fastening are resistant to a rotary fist. For prevention of lowering of a rotary fist with a nave at removal of a rack tie a wire the lower lever or a nave to the lower frame.
8. Take a rack from a rotary fist. If the rack sits densely in a rotary fist, using the big screw-driver, unclench a clip of a rotary fist.
9. In a motor compartment remove a protective plastic cap from the top part of a forward rack.
10. Unscrew 3 bolts of the top fastening of a forward rack.
11. Take a rack from under a wheel arch. Temporarily arrange the lower spherical hinge of a rotary fist in the lower lever.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a forward rack into place so that the adjusting pin of a plate of the top fastening correctly settled down in the corresponding opening. Combine the lower end of a rack with a rotary fist. At the same time it is necessary to combine a crack in a clip of a rotary fist with a ledge on the end of a rack.
2. Screw the top bolts of fastening of a rack and tighten them the required moment.
3. Make sure that the lower part of a rack is precisely combined with a rotary fist. Insert tightening a bolt from the back party of the car and fix it by a new nut.
4. Screw the lower spherical hinge of a rotary fist on the lower lever.
5. Connect the coulisse of the stabilizer of cross stability to a rack.
6. Fix electric wires and hoses on a rack arm.
7. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
