Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Back door
1. Remove the negative plug from the accumulator.
2. Remove consolidation of a back door for access to electric wires in a back door.
3. Disconnect electric sockets (are specified by shooters) a back door which are located in a forward part of the left back rack.
4. Remove the condensing ring and take a plait of wires from a body.
5. Disconnect the electric socket (1), unscrew the screw of fastening of the tire of grounding (2) to the right back rack.
6. Disconnect a washer hose, remove the condensing ring and take wires and a hose of a washer.
7. A pencil note position of each hinge on a back door.
8. Supporting a back door, remove brackets of fastening and disconnect racks of support of a back door.
9. Unscrew bolts (are specified by shooters) fastenings and remove a back door from the car.
10. If it is necessary to replace hinges of a back door, note a pencil their situation and remove the top finishing of a back door in salon.
11. Supporting a ceiling upholstery, unscrew nuts of fastening of hinges of a door and remove them. Install new hinges, having combined them with the tags made before removal the top part of finishing of a door.

12. Remove brackets of fastening and disconnect a rack of support of a back door from spherical hinges.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Back door
1. Installation is made in the sequence of the return to removal. At the same time it is necessary to combine hinges with the tags put before removal of a door.

2. Installation is made in the sequence of the return to removal. Check that the rack is reliably fixed on spherical hinges by fastening brackets.
