3.2.8. Pulleys of a gear belt

3.2.8.1. Camshaft pulley

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take off a gear belt.
	2. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cam-shaft. For fixing of a cam-shaft from a provorachivaniye it is necessary to use the special tool fixing a pulley (or, on engines 1.9 liters, uncover a head and hold a cam-shaft from a provorachivaniye a wrench for a ledge between 3 and 4 cams).
3. Unscrew an adjusting bolt from a cam-shaft pulley.
	4. Remove a pulley from a cam-shaft. If necessary remove a segment spline. Check a sealing ring of a cam-shaft for tightness.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a segment spline in a groove of a cam-shaft and a pulley of a cam-shaft.

2. Screw up a bolt of fastening of a pulley and tighten it the corresponding moment, previously having recorded a cam-shaft from a provorachivaniye.

3. If acted, then establish a head cover.

4. Combine openings in a pulley and a forward plate and record 8 mm a bolt.

5. Establish a gear belt.

6. Establish casings of a gear belt.
