3.2.3. Installation of the mechanism of gas distribution
The tool for blocking of the mechanism of gas distribution On all models there are adjusting openings in a cam-shaft pulley, a pulley of the fuel pump and a flywheel. Adjusting openings are used to install the crankshaft, a cam-shaft and the fuel pump in the situation excluding impact of pistons and valves at installation of a head of the block of cylinders or a gear belt. When adjusting openings on pulleys are combined with openings in a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders, it is necessary to insert adjusting cores into them (or the corresponding bolts) and to record a cam-shaft, the fuel pump and the crankshaft from a provorachivaniye. In this case the piston of the cylinder No. 4 is in the top dead point of a step of compression. |
