GENERAL INFORMATION

The mechanism of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt (model with the conditioner)

1. The square core bent 7,0 mm

2. A square opening on the forward party of a tension pulley with the clown

3. Bolt with the clown of fastening of a tension pulley

4. 8,0 mm an opening for installation of adaptation of an automatic tension of a belt

Removal, installation and check of a tension of a driving belt is made as well as at cars with petrol engines, except for cars with the conditioner.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Removal

1. Disconnect the negative plug from the accumulator.

2. Tighten the emergency brake and lift a forward part of the car. Remove the right forward wheel.

3. Unscrew screws, disconnect brackets and remove a protective arch from under the right forward wing for receiving access to a bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft. If necessary remove a forward mudguard.

4. Weaken a bolt of fastening of the clown of a tension pulley (see rice. The mechanism of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt (model with the conditioner)).

5. Insert the square core bent 7,0 mm into a square opening of the clown of the mechanism of a tension.

6. Using a core, turn the eccentric mechanism of a tension before combination of openings in an arm of a pulley of the mechanism of a tension and in a suspension bracket behind an arm. After combination of openings establish in them the corresponding core (a bolt of M8 or a core with a diameter of 8 mm).

7. With the fixed mechanism of a tension turn the clown before full weakening of a belt. Take off a belt.

Installation and tension

8. Establish a driving belt around pulleys in the following order:
      – conditioner compressor;
      – crankshaft;
      – tension mechanism pulley;
      – pump of the amplifier of steering;
      – generator of alternating current;
      – eccentric pulley of the mechanism of a tension.

9. Check correctness of installation of a belt on pulleys.

10. Turn an eccentric pulley of the mechanism of a tension to a driving belt, the fiksaktion is not removed yet. Without changing the provision of an eccentric pulley of the mechanism, tension tighten a fastening bolt.

11. Remove a bolt of fixing of an arm and turn the crankshaft on four turnovers of the direction of its working rotation.

12. Check coaxiality of openings in an arm of the mechanism of a tension and a suspension bracket of installation, repeatedly inserting a bolt.

13. Connect a negative wire to the accumulator, establish an arch of a wheel and a mudguard. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
