Repair and operation of the car

In order that your car was in a fine state, it is necessary to carry out its maintenance periodically. Service can be carried out as it is constant, and through certain intervals which are given below. These are the minimum intervals of service recommended by this Management.

Weekly or each 400 km

Check the following elements:

 – oil level in the engine;
 – level of cooling liquid;
 – level of brake fluid;
 – availability of water in windscreen washer;
 – condition of the accumulator, tires, screen wipers and all bulbs.

Each 10 000 km or 12 months (that will come earlier)

Replace engine oil and the filter.

Merge water from the fuel filter.

Check all components under a cowl and hoses with liquids.

Each 20 000 km

In addition to all points stated above execute the following:

Replace the filter of pollen of system of ventilation (if it is).

Each 30 000 km

In addition to all points stated above execute the following:

Replace the air filter.

Replace the fuel filter.

Check a condition of lobbies and back brake shoes, and also a brake disk and if necessary replace them (models with disk brakes).

Check operation of the emergency brake.

Each 60 000 km

In addition to all points stated above execute the following:

Check a condition of an auxiliary driving belt and if necessary replace.

Check the level of oil of the mechanical transmission and if necessary add.

Check a condition of back brake shoes and if necessary replace (models with brake drums).

Each 60 000 km or 2 years

In addition to all points stated above execute the following:

Replace brake fluid.

Each 120 000 km

In addition to all points stated above execute the following:

Replace a gear belt of the drive.

It is strongly recommended to replace a gear belt to 60 000 km on cars which are used intensively (many short trips, accelerations and braking) since because of a rupture of a gear belt there is a serious damage of the engine.
