Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the negative plug from the accumulator. |
2. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system. |
3. Remove the electric socket from the thermal sensor of turning on of the fan. The sensor is screwed in in a radiator. |
4. Disconnect cooling system hoses from a radiator. |

5. In the top part of a radiator remove brackets of fastening of a radiator and reject a radiator to the engine. Being careful, remove a radiator so that not to damage a radiator plate. Be attentive not to lose the lower rubber support of a radiator. |

Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. If the radiator was removed in connection with reduction of capacity, wash out its stream waters in two directions. Outside blow a radiator compressed air. |
2. If the radiator proceeds, do not try to make or solder the place of a leakage since plastic details of a radiator will be damaged. |
3. Insignificant leakage of a radiator can be eliminated with radiator sealant use. |
4. Check a condition of the lower rubber support of a radiator and if necessary replace them. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal, taking into account the next moments: – check that the lower ledges on a radiator are correctly established in a forward cross-piece; – at connection of hoses to a radiator use new ring consolidations in connectors; – in conclusion fill up the cooling system. |
